Very angry with this company and its terrible customer service. DO NOT USE!
I called up on 14 October to cancel my subscription, I was happy with the product but I could no logner afford it due to a change in my personal financial circumstances. After the usual attempt to retain me as a customer I was told that my request had gone through and that my subscription had been cancelled. Today I received a notification from by bank that I had been charged £29. I called the customer service line to find out why this was as I had cancelled my subscription only to be told that they had no record of me ever making a call and no notes on the system about my subscription!
I was then essentially accused of being a liar by the customer service representative, who was rude and confrontational from the outset.
Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer and I am not happy that a company whose business model appears to be based on a honeytrap subscription service which is deliberately difficult to unsubscribe from is taking money from my account without my consent!
