This appears to be a scam. Appalling customer service for a product which is very hit and miss. I did not enjoy my last box and so cancelled my subscription. I received a confirmation email for the cancellation, however the next month I was still charged and new beer delivered. I queried this and was advised that i could return the beer at my own expense. I explained this was unacceptable and despite chasing emails have not heard back for the past 3 weeks...
