Unfortunately I too have had a poor experience. Only ordered a 'one off box' for my partner in December for a Xmas present as had a free code (paid postage) that took 5 days to deliver. Then Randomly had £24 taken from my account on 7th Feb, thinking that I hadn't subscribe. Managed to phone them and cancel my subscription no problem just over a week later, thinking I would of recieved the other box by then anyway. Never recieved anything so phoned them again 20th Feb and they offered me a refund but was told it would take 5-10days for the refund. Not sure why it would take that long! Will wait a week to see if refund recieved before phoning again! Very disappointing.
