Twice I have received emails to say the beer is on its way and when it didn't arrive after a couple of days, I contacted them to see where it was. It turns out it was still in the warehouse and I was told it would be delivered "as soon as possible", which is not reassuring. Pity about the terrible service as the beer is good.
