Awful company that employs incredibly predatory business tactics, even when you're no longer a customer. Signed up in 2018 - received crates monthly for around 6 months. Decided to cancel my subscription as it was quite expensive. Unfortunately, this terrible business makes it incredibly difficult to unsubscribe - making you wait on hold for hours to speak to a "business representative". They will then try everything in their power to keep you subscribed. I have now been unsubscribed for over a year, but still to this day receive emails AND texts from Beer52, sending me special "offers" trying to entice me back. This is after MULTIPLE requests from myself, asking for my details to be removed from their email/text lists. It is a shame, as the beer was good. However their awful, awful business tactics have left a very sour taste in my mouth. Now every time I hear someone mention Beer52, I always make sure to share with them my experience I had been through. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND FIND A LESS PREDATORY BUSINESS TO BUY YOUR BEER FROM.
