My experience overall was very good. The beer was good quality (not all to my taste) and arrived promptly and in good condition.
I decided to cancel and found that this is not possible on-line so I called the number given. They answered after about 15mins on hold and then were very friendly with no pressure to stay.
If you like the beers I think it is a good service.
