My order went missing (hermes) - who have been appalling in my area. Due to the busy circumstances I had to wait some time for a reply and decided to call as it had been over a week. When I got through after 30 mins of waiting which lets face it isn't bad when I'm working from home anyway. Angus Doig took my call and was the politest and most understanding person, he agreed to replace my order and because the beers were now out of stock gave me replacements and suggestions. He seemed very clued up on his beer and gave me some excellent choices. He also agreed to send via Royal Mail to prevent the local hermes parcel thief striking again. It's quite ridiculous a small company is getting blasted by customers given most of the issues lie with the courier. Angus couldn't do enough and I will definitely return as a customer. Hopefully someone can pass this to management as excellent customer service is quite hard to come by. Cheers again!
