Not happy with cancelling procedures, thought I’d completed on line, 2 weeks before next shipment, tried to get through on phone which took an age, don’t want to moan under current circumstances, eventually did to be told I was too late, paid £29 for 3 beers and rest my neighbours enjoyed
Good concept but you shouldn’t need to call in todays market and also responses to emails would be good
