It took me a while to get through to the customer service team but once I did, Angus who I spoke to was an absolute delight he really brightened my day. I was ringing to cancel my subscription but he actually persuaded me to stay!
I’d certainly recommend them as a company, the beers are great & so is their overall attitude/vibe which is definitely reflected in their staff.
It’s nice to talk to someone in a customer service roll who was as happy to help as Angus was!
