Couldn’t cancel my subscription online, rang up Beer52, dealt with an extremely rude member of staff on the phone who at the end said ‘thanks for nothing matey’ and then hung up before I could say anything to him.
Contacted Beer52 to complain, received a message telling me they would look into it and that is all I’ve heard, not even an apology from the company or individual who thinks it’s acceptable to speak to customers like that!
The beer is very overpriced as well, £24 gets you 10 small cans of beer...
