Super happy with the beer and the customer service. Have been a subscriber for almost 3 years!
However, I've been constantly let down by their use of Hermes as a courier. I understand that they're one of the biggest courier companies in the UK, but I've had missing orders, and late orders.
Every time Hermes messed up, B52 have been quick to offer a substitution and I've always been satisfied with what they offer.
