Apparently you have to meet the following conditions to even cancel your order:
* You can not cancel the day of your order
* You can not cancel until your first shipment arrives
* You can not cancel on the website
* You can not cancel 3 days before your next shipment
* You can ONLY cancel over the phone after put into a queue of 15 mins.
Is this even legal?
