Flagged a delivery that hadn’t materialised and had clearly gone astray, that was needed for a specific date (father’s day) – which was the whole point of the deal that had been advertised.
Despite being assured in two separate phone calls that someone would look into it and get back to me, nobody did, and the delivery missed the date it was required for.
When they did get back, said that as I had emailed more than once I’d been placed at the back of the queue each time (great avoidance policy!), failing to acknowledge the phone calls. Also blamed the courier company, missing the point that it was the unreturned calls and lack of action when there was still time to resolve things, that were the real issue.
Overall, strike me as very amateurish in their approach to customer service.
