If I could give zero stars I would. My sister’s order never arrived, the tried to first blame it on the courier and eventually admitted it was their fault and eventually provided a refund. The beer was meant to be his birthday present. Additionally they make you cancel your subscription by phone but it’s impossible to get through on the phone!
I wasringing beer52 numerous times since 8 June to cancel my subscription but I could not get through to them. You cannot cancel online as it says you must phone them! I emailed them and Facebook messaged them and tweeted them but still no response! They clearly want to make it as difficult as possible for you to cancel, otherwise they would have had an option to cancel online. Unfortunately I will have to tell everyone I know to avoid this company.
