Angus came across as a very friendly professional customer service advisor.
Sadly, we were phoning to put our account on hold, during the lockdown we haven’t had friends over, so had built up a beer backlog. It will be a great party when we are allowed.
Angus was just exactly the guy you want to talk to to get things organised.
