Douglas was very helpful when I phoned in order to cancel my subscription because of a build-up of beers from the last 2 weekend Cyberfest passes and 2 one-off cases. He suggested that I have a longer pause of 4 months together with a discount off the resumed box which I was very pleased to accept as I have really enjoyed the beers.
