Douglas was a big help. I signed up with a promotional offer and wasn't sure I could afford the subscription going forward. He informed me that I had some money as credit in my account and offered to freeze the account until Christmas and send me a discounted box of beers in time for Christmas. He was very friendly and helpful and I very much look forward to my Christmas beers.
