My call was answered within a few minutes by Douglas who listened to my issue ( I don't like porters or stout) and changed my future deliveries to lighter beers and e mailed me confirmation within seconds. Only other comment was I had e mailed previously with no response so my advice is to get on the phone. Good people and it's a great service !
