Mostly great beers, but as you'd expect there's often some which end up straight down the sink. But not enough to be an issue. Nice surprise when a case turns up as I went for the quarterly cases.
Lost a star as you have to call up (and wait) to cancel, although Douglas was polite and helpful when I did get through.
