Douglas was very friendly and dealt with my issue quickly and extremely politely. He did not create any pressure to make choices and was very efficient indeed at dealing with me. As I was cancelling my subscription I had expected some hassle but this was all very calm and civilized. I was offered a could of options but having declined these Douglas was respectful and professional. Thanks!
