I received a Beer52 gift card and when I placed an order found that I had limited choice of ales so contacted the company to ask to be able to choose my order . They were unable to do this. As a promotional offer I then received a discount on my next order but again was limited in what I could request. At this point I made contact with the company to chat about what I could do to order beer of my choosing but found the lack of help frustrating and felt a certain degree of disinterest from staff to help or to receive feedback. I have cancelled my membership as a result and have came away with the impression that the firm is more interested in marketing and sales than customer service.
