I love the Beer52 concept; it's been especially valuable to me during lockdown. Their customer service is excellent, accessible, friendly, and efficient. The beer selections definitely suggest someone knows their stuff.
One point of constructive criticism, I do think the option for more customisation would be nice - I really don't like sours, never found one that I've ever liked, and it would be good to have a menu where you can tick boxes as to which types of beer you would like to exclude from your subscription. Whilst it's decent value for money, it's still not cheap, and I don't want to waste money on a beer I know I won't enjoy.
