Received a phone call from Douglas today. Although it was a sales call we discussed my account and how to make the most of my rewards and I didn't feel pressured into accepting the offers. He was just like all the staff I have dealt with at beer 52, chatty, friendly and very helpful. I was happy with the outcome of the call.
