Delivery has always been on time. I have much enjoyed the Ferment magazine and worked my way through some interesting beers.
However, I now feel I'd prefer to stick to real ales. When I explained this to Douglas, he was understanding and helpful. We agreed, that since I have some credit, I would take the next crate at a reduced rate, to use it up. He reassured me that the next beers might be more to my taste. Then I will phone again, and unsubscribe - no hard feelings!
