Douglas has easily been the finest telephone operator i have ever had the privilege of speaking to. His dulcet tones, his warm and engaging manner, that gruff sexy Scottish lilt. What's not to love? He loved (and I mean LOVED) my Neswick Street trivia when others may have found it irreverent. Douglas is truly a hero amongst mortals and I defy anyone to converse without feeling as though their life has been vastly improved. He is an asset to not only beer 52, but Scotland in general.
