I called today to cancel my subscription. I had set it up as a birthday present some months ago, but money was getting tight. I spoke to Douglas who was wonderful. He advised me of my earned points, of the possibility of pausing the subscription, and of stretching out the time between deliveries, as well as my option to cancel entirely. I chose to have beer every 2 months and save a fiver off my next order with the points I've earned. I'm glad I called. Big love to Douglas! He's a lean, mean Customer Service Machine.
