I phoned up to cancel my subscription and spoke with Douglas. He was great. Really helpful and didn't try and badger me to stay. Instead, he offset the points I'd accumulated against this months delivery. I will probably still cancel next month, but just to save some money. However, I wouldn't hesitate to sign up again in the future and have recommended Beer52 to lots of my beer loving friends. The beers are great, as is the customer service.
