I called Beer52 to cancel my subscription as my financial means have recently tightened, but the lovely Douglas offered me an ideal temporary suspension to my account so I can save money but still renew in time for Christmas beers. He was receptive to my circumstances, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. I love the beers that Beer52 offers so I was glad not to have to cancel my account.
