I called to cancel my membership due to reorganisation of my finances. The call was swift and didn't take as long as I thought it would. There's also funky music while you wait. Douglas was friendly and offered me different options for my membership as well as informing me about the credit I had earned and how I could use it to save money off my next box. The beers have always been tasty and interesting and we enjoyed them a lot over lockdown, it was something we looked forward to arriving. Thank you, despite leaving, we wish you the best.
