Got a free trial and appreciated the selection of beers and reading material provided. Chose to cancel the subscription for financial reasons, and was able to do this very quickly after speaking to Douglas on the phone. It might be nice to have an option to cancel subscriptions on the website, but other than that I've got no complaints.
