One of the reasons that I still remain a valued customer to you guys, apart from the great beers, is your customer service!! This was enhanced further, after dealing with Douglas, a few days ago, with an issue that was concerning me, regarding my subscription and the frequency and price of it!! Happy.. very happy to say, thanks to Douglas and his kind, compassionate and above all, friendly manner....NO MORE ISSUE!!! I can continue to look forward and enjoy the wonderful beers, snacks and magazine.
