I phoned up to cancel my subscription and was greeted on the phone by a very friendly person named Douglas. I found him to be so personable and friendly and in the end I ended up keeping the subscription, for another month at least! Douglas is a credit to Beer52! Exceptional customer service can be hard to come by, especially when you are phoning to cancel something. Keep up the good work! :) I’m sure when I phone next month to cancel I’ll be convinced to stay!
