Hold music seemed uncomfortably loud had to turn volume down, and then turn it up to hear Oo'r Dougie.
Holding for an appreciable time, was on the phone for ten minutes in total.
Otherwise straightforward, informative and polite; said what needed to said and not noticeably pushy.
A pleasant enough experience, certainly better than most I have had with other companies customer service.
Products are as described and reasonable value for money.
