Good experience. Trialled an introductory offer and the beers were very nice indeed. Good selection and website is very accessible. I felt the overall price was a little expensive for a monthly subscription for 8x 330ml beers, but maybe in a post covid-19 world and less uncertainty I would be prepared to give it another go. Cancelling was easy, called the helpline and spoke with Douglas after a short hold time. Douglas was receptive and listened well. He was not pushy and whilst he did suggest a few options to retain me as a customer he did not put any barriers in the way to stop me leaving. Overall a good experience
