It's ridiculous that you can't cancel through the website. I should not have to spend time and money calling just to give the chance to do the hard sell. The chap I spoke to was nice enough and did what was asked of him, presumably not his fault that the process is made this difficult on purpose.
I was planning to still buy beers after cancelling but because of the obstacles placed in the way of a straightforward cancellation I have lost trust and will look elsewhere.
