Beer delivery was exactly as described and pretty good.
Did however feel that getting people to sign up to a subscription through an offer on Untappd, which was not fully clear, was entirely fair or honest. I didn't even realize I had subscribed until the second delivery showed up.
Douglas was lovely and really helpful in helping me to cancel my subscription when I called. However sitting on hold for 10 minutes first wasn't exactly appreciated. Would much rather have been able to cancel through the website.
