received items that arrived damaged due to being inappropriately packaged in my considered opinion. I have evidenced this to the company and the subsequent damaged incurred prior to my receipt. They and their courier have both refused to acknowledge liability or culpability. Meanwhile, it has disrupted the bathroom installation and has resulted in additional costs and delays.
