Refuse to process refund! I ordered a pair of tap cartridges from Bella Bathrooms to fit in a customer's bath tap. Shortly after I ordered our new baby was born, which means I was off work for 3 weeks. I then had to reschedule my jobs and and book back in the work. When I went to fit the new cartridges I could not remove the old ones, which meant I could not fit the new ones. I contacted Bella Bathrooms asking to be allowed to return the unused cartridge back for a refund and explained my circumstances which explained why I had gone over the 14 day returns period. I would have hoped they would of made an exception in this case and allowed the refund, but they refused. They explained they have a 14 day policy, which I get, but I would have expected some flexibility in this situation. It's a real shame as I am a returning customer to Bella Bathrooms. However, because of this issues and very poor customer service, I will no longer be using them.
