Terrible customer service!
1st: I emailed to ask if I could add to my original order. I was cc'd into an internal email with one department asking another department to contact me. I've not had any contact!
2nd: My order was supposed to take 9 weeks to be delivered. I contacted customer service on the 9th week as I'd heard nothing. After being on hold for 25 minutes and then being cut off I called and managed to speak to someone. I was told my order number didn't exist even though I was reading them what was on my email. Thankfully they found my order and I was then told they had emailed the delivery team and someone would be in touch. It's now been 10 weeks and I've had to contact them again (on hold for 34 minutes this time) because no one has contacted me. I've just been told that it's nothing to do with Benson's as I'm having a Direct Home Delivery and it's all down to the supplier. If it's nothing to do with Benson's why is my finance arranged with them?
I don't recommend this company and won't use them again!
