I brought and paid for a bed 6 weeks before it was delivered On the day of delivery I noticed considerable damage and immediately reported this fact to them 3 weeks later and still no-one has made an attempt to resolve the matter I send e mail after e mail but all I receive is an automated response I have tried calling but there is always at least a 40 minute wait I have tried to establish an on-line chat but no-one is ever available Really appalling service Would give them zero stars if that was possible Don't buy from Bensons There must be far better retailers - there certainly can't be any worse
