We bought a solid wood bed from them in 2018 and it was a good bed- until a part broke off over the weekend and I found the broken riddled in woodworm. We’d had the house treated several years before, so knew that it must’ve come in with the bed itself. I have of course contacted them and the response was
“Unfortunately, we are unable to take the complaint regarding your bed frame forward as your guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials has expired”
Woodworm damage would not be apparent within the 12 month guarantee period
