Awful, never ever shopping with them again. Took over 7 months to get my bedroom drawers because they messed up the order. Terrible customer service, like talking to a brick wall. They dont value their customers, I spent 80 minutes on the phone to Karen, the worst customer service agent I have ever dealt with. Didnt listen, was rude, kept telling me why she couldn't solve the problem. Absolute disgrace of a company
