Bought an extra firm sealy not happy with it it dips has a hump in the middle they wouldn't refund 2 weeks
After I purchased they sent a inspector who said its not faulty and its settling in what rubbish I got rid of my old mattress after 10 years because of this problem
They said you can exchange on the 40 nights policy but you have to pay extra 10% would never go there buy again it feels like they sold me a second hand mattress still no refund or exchange free
