1st divan base arrived broken (but the drawers were ok)
5 weeks later, 2nd divan is ok but is missing feet, whilst looking we realised that both of the drawers were broken.
After speaking to customer services multiple times I was told to email (but this takes 5 days to get a reply) after 10 days of no calls or emails I went onto twitter and sent a message and they replied in 9 minutes!!!!
After some snotty madame told me to check my spam I replied for them to come and collect the bed.
It was collected a week later and I was very impressed when I did actually get my deposit back within 7 days. But I had to sort the finance
