Refuse to give refund as they "lost" an item. Service staff very helpful (although not overly knowledgeable). Returned a bed over 2 weeks ago and still no refund. I have shown them video of the delivery team taking the items, but the delivery centre have "Lost" the item... as such I am unable to get a refund. This has been going on and on. I don't see how a failure in their company could be impacting the customer. Bed arrived damaged after a 6 week delivery delay, took 4 weeks to get a return, they took it all and now at least a further 2 weeks to get a refund. I am out of pocket for 2 months for a bed that I was unable to use. I will not be using this company again. I went to Dreams, they delivered in 4 days and it has been amazing. Avoid Bensons for Beds as they will take your money and then refuse to give it back.
