Absolute disgraceful customer services. Bed paid for in full in Oct. Delivery date agreed on 14/12/21. The bed did not arrive. I was then informed that day, after I had disposed of my current bed in preparation, that the new delivery date was 14/02. I was expected to sleep on my bedroom floor for 2 months. No apology, no compensation, unless I waited 2 months for the delayed order. They also refused to give me a loan bed after this was offered by their customer services. Stay away from this company, complete cowboys
