Bought a double divan,mattress and headboard in December 2019.
Mattress has sagged and collapsed despite following the guidance to rotate it on a regular basis.
Customer services promised to respond in 48 hours,that was late December 2021.
Having read other comments it would appear I am wasting my time so will now buy from a more reliable company.
Won't be buying from Bensons ever again !
