Absolutely disgraceful company !!
No customer service at all 20% handling charge ( that was covered in an email that you don’t receive until after you have left the store!! ) on a bed that the manager assured us was suitable and would fit after explaining we had already had to send another bed back to a different company ( that happily took it back no charge !)
Costing us £550 to end up with no bed !!
Never ever ever buy from this company absolutely disgusting company !!!!
