The worst called customer service EVER experienced. After 6 postponed deliveries eventually thought we were getting our bed today.
Dismantled old bed, cleared bedroom, Guess What??
An sms message saying bed NOT being delivered and no date mentioned for ANOTHER delayed delivery. Now have to re-assemble bed, hump heavy mattress around and totally NO offer for any sort of compensation, apology.
DISGRACE!! what a bunch of incompetent wasters!!
