Two beds and a mattress purchased, both beds either faulty or missing parts. Initial customer service rep tried to advise manufacture fault was not covered by warranty (lol stop drinking before work)...Additionally, 3 months wait for the second bed to find missing parts on delivery, even the instruction manual was missing a page. I'm past the level of anger to the point its actually funny to have experienced service this bad, and to have paid for it. Just waiting on the springs to go and impale me while I sleep.
